I had the comfiest bed ever in this hotel, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a main road. The staff provided top-notch service with detailed information and went above and beyond to assist us. The location, although not central, was reasonable, but the late-night traffic noise was a downside. The dining experience was amazing, especially with the variety of food offered. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

This hotel is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far from the train station, offering a convenient connection to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service during my stay, especially during Christmas time, was fabulous, as the staff made my stay very comfortable by providing helpful maps and restaurant suggestions. The location is excellent with easy access to the old town and UN area, making me feel safe and even providing day passes for Geneva city exploration. The only downside is that on warm and humid days, the air conditioning may not work properly due to the location between the airport and the center. The dining experience was good overall, with a varied selection for breakfast, and while the price was reasonable, it could cost more if not booked in advance. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering all necessary amenities. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
